Step1: Unplug the refrigerator and turn off the water supply.

Step2: Locate and remove the old water valve from the back of the unit.

Step3: Disconnect the water line and wiring harness carefully.

Step4: Position the new valve and reconnect water line and wires securely.

Step5: Mount the valve, restore power and water, and test dispensing.
