Step1: Disconnect washer from power and shut off water supply before opening the unit.

Step2: Remove front panel or cabinet cover to access the lower tub suspension area.

Step3: Place worn damper assemblies connecting the tub to the base frame.

Step4: Pull out retaining pins and detach old dampers from mounting points.

Step5: Fit new damper assembly, secure pins firmly, reinstall panels, restore power, and run a spin test cycle.
