Step 1: The appliance should be turned off, detached from any power supply, and all cords should be unplugged.

Step 2: The Anti-static wrist strap should be worn to guard against electrostatic discharge.

Step 3: The screws securing the back panel should be extracted with the Phillips-head screwdriver.

Step 4: The back panel should be gently removed and the main Printed Circuit Board (PCB) should be found.

Step 5: All cables connected to the board should be unplugged.

Step 6: The screws that secure the board should be taken out and the board should be carefully lifted from the appliance.

Step 7: The replacement board should be positioned in the same location as the original and fastened with the screws.

Step 8: All the cables should be reconnected to the board.

Step 9: The back panel should be reattached and secured with the screws.

Step 10: The appliance should be plugged back into the power source and turned on.
