Step1: Turn off power and water supply to the heater.

Step2: Release pressure and drain system partially.

Step3: Remove old bypass servo assembly carefully.

Step4: Align new bypass servo assembly with ports.

Step5: Secure fittings and tighten connections properly.

Step6: Reconnect electrical wiring as per diagram.

Step7: Restore water supply and check for leaks.

Step8: Restore power and test temperature control.
