Speed Queen RB150003 Washer Belt& Pump Model Kit

Step 1: The washer is disconnected from the power outlet.

Step 2: The water supply to the washer is shut off and the hoses are detached from the rear of the unit.

Step 3: The back panel of the washer is taken off.

Step 4: A Philips screwdriver is employed to take out the four screws securing the pump.

Step 5: The pump is gently extracted from the washer.

Step 6: An 8mm socket and ratchet are utilized to take off the bolts that secure the belt.

Step 7: The old belt is carefully detached from the unit.

Step 8: Any accumulated lint or debris from the pulleys is ensured removed.

Step 9: The new belt is positioned around the pulleys and the vice grip pliers are utilized to adjust it into place.

Step 10: The bolts that secure the belt are reinstalled and tightened until they are firm.

Step 11: The new pump is set onto the washer and the Philips screwdriver is used to fasten it securely.

Step 12: The hoses are reattached and the water supply is reactivated.

Step 13: The washer is reconnected to the electrical outlet and the machine is checked to ensure it operates properly.
