Step1: Unplug the iron and allow it to cool fully before disassembly.

Step2: Remove base cover screws to access the internal pump assembly.

Step3: Disconnect water line and electrical connectors from old pump.

Step4: Extract the faulty pump carefully from its housing.

Step5: Fit new pump and reconnect all connections tightly.

Step6: Reassemble iron and check the steam output after powering on.
