Step 1: The power supply should be detached from your dishwasher. Additionally, any water-supply lines that supply the dishwasher should be shut off to confirm that no water is directed to the appliance.
Step 2: Once completed, the dishwasher door should be opened and all items located inside should be taken out.
Step 3: Next, the two tabs situated on the exterior of the tiered upper Rack should be found. These tabs should be pressed downward to disengage the Rack from the dishwasher.
Step 4: The tiered Rack should be extracted from the dishwasher and substituted with a flat rack.
Step 5: It should ensure that the flat Rack is securely attached to the dishwasher.
Step 6: The power supply should be re-established and the water-supply lines should be reconnected to the dishwasher.
Step 7: All items within the flat Rack should be organized.
Step 8: The dishwasher door should be closed and power should be restored.
Step 9: The new flat Rack should be evaluated by initiating a cycle of dishes in the dishwasher.
