Step1: Turn off gas and power verify zero pressure.
Step2: Remove old valve clean pipe threads.
Step3: Apply gas-rated sealant.
Step4: Install new valve orientation arrow correct connect inlet and outlet.
Step5: Tighten fittings avoid over-torque.
Step6: Attach pressure regulator as specified.
Step7: Leak test with soap solution.
Step8: Restore gas and check burner operation.
