Step1: Turn off the gas supply and disconnect electrical power.

Step2: Allow the the fryer to cool completely before servicing.

Step3: Disconnect gas lines, thermocouple, and wiring connections.

Step4: Remove mounting hardware and remove the old control.

Step5: Install the new control and reconnect all fittings securely.

Step6: Restore gas and power, check for leaks, and test operation.
